LeaseCloud AB - a specialist in financing solutions for small businesses, runs the website PerMå that offers leasing to active companies - from sole proprietorships to limited companies, schools and municipalities.We use several finance companies so we can offer the best possible service. All prices on this website are exclusive of VAT.

In the event of evident errors (incorrect price, printing error, etc.), we reserve the right to correct the mistakes afterwards. If you are not satisfied with our correction, you have the right to cancel your order. We also reserve the right not to carry out an order if the product is out of stock. It also applies if the maximum number per customer has been exceeded or in the event of technical errors.

Special provisions apply to special orders for non-stocked products. These orders can’t be cancelled and have no return of goods rights. Special products might be items that can only be delivered directly from the supplier or tailor-made and no stock items.

Transport and shipping

Deliveries are free of charge in Sweden.

Delivery is usually within 1-3 days (weekdays) as the order is confirmed. If an item is custom-made with configuration or out of stock, the delivery time may be longer. You will get information about delivery time when the order is placed or via our chat.

Permånad only delivers within Sweden. We work with most major suppliers such as Apple, Tech Data, Ingram Micro, ALSO, Camera Doctor and Dustin.

Should any of the products ordered not be in stock or have a longer delivery time than other products, several deliveries may occur.

Transport damage

Be advised to check the condition and number of the goods upon receipt. You need to report any visible damage or defects, including visible damages on the outer packaging, to the relevant carrier immediately.

In order of any complaints against Posten to be handled correctly, you must save the packaging, address label and any pallet that came with the shipping-damaged consignment.

All complaints regarding transport MUST be made no later than five days after receiving the goods.

Prices & payments

Permå reports prices excluding VAT as we turn to companies. Please add 25% VAT in your calculations to the price on display.

We offer leasing for 12, 24 or 36 months. We cannot currently proffer you to buy equipment with any cards or against an invoice.

Warranty and complaint

We strive for you to feel safe when you shop with us. Therefore, we offer very favourable warranty terms. The warranty applies to malfunctions that occur during the warranty period. The warranty does not apply to defects that occur during or after you make any changes of the product’s function and appearances, such as rebuilding, upgrading or other configurations of the product.

We provide you with a 1-year guarantee on most products in our range. Sometimes the manufacturer provide a longer warranty time which naturally means you will enjoy the same warranty length. Consumables and accessories such as projector lamps, batteries and chargers follow the manufacturer’s warranty which may be shorter than one year.

If you suspect something is wrong with your product purchased at, you can contact us via chat, email or phone. The product warranty for LCD / Plasma monitors is subject to pixel defects. In case of pixel defects we refer to the manufacturer’s pixel guarantee, which differs from product to product.

Before a warranty repair or replacement can be approved, the product needs to be examined by Permånad or one of our partners. On rare cases when the product is not subject to a warranty, but due to a handling defect (includes incorrectly set product, damage due to negligence, etc.), we or the service workshop have the right to charge you for the examination cost. Additional charges will be shipping costs and handling fees. We have carefully selected partners and offer nationwide service to give you a first-class and fast warranty handling.

Product information

While we have made every attempt to ensure that the information on all products on permå is correct, errors regarding price, technical information and images may occur as we are humans.

If you discover anything wrong in the product descriptions or pictures, we would be very grateful if you let us know.

PerMånad provides product descriptions and instructions of products sold on the website only in an electronic version.

Force majeure

Permå are not responsible for damage or delay due to following but not restricted to:

Law enforcement, government action, mobilization or war. Nor for seizures, currency restrictions, system errors, errors or restrictions in deliveries from subcontractors, strikes, lockouts, boycotts, blockades or other similar circumstances that either or complicate Permå fulfilling to such an extent that it can only take place at an abnormally high cost.
